Our intensive 8-week professional training program offers a unique and state-of-the-art training that takes place in an immersive live streaming learning environment among our Polish merchants, in our commercial flat in Wroclaw. Our main trader on the Wroclaw trading floor is one of the largest commodity futures momentum break traders in Europe. The student has live access not only to the interactive London classroom sessions, but also to a daily live feed of our operators’ active positions from our London trading floor.

By using and leveraging key technology and placing trainees among experienced operators on the commercial floor in Wroclaw, we ensure that training provides a visually powerful and interactive environment. Students are exposed to a hybrid experience: being on a trading floor with our operators and receiving classroom education and strategies from our London merchant training facilities via live streaming.

This enhances and creates a rich merchant development experience for those who want to train in Poland with more accessible training costs. Wroclaw is a beautiful city where many of our London merchants spend time to trade, when they take a break from the UK. The commercial floor is located in a modern new building near the center of Wroclaw, with apartments for any apprentice who wants to stay close to the commercial floor.

This is the training we use to financially support our own traders on our various trading floors. The Training Program is the product of the collective knowledge and experience of our Elite and Senior Axia dealers around the world. It is based on skills and is based on the methodology of developing intraday futures traders in the largest markets in the world.

The fundamental aspect of training focuses on cognitive development using our proprietary learning technology of: Rapid skill development, rapid knowledge acquisition, high performance development. The structure of our learning is aimed at developing and unearthing the next wave of Super Star Traders.

The first 2 weeks of the Professional Training Program focus exclusively on providing a solid foundation and theoretical framework for all traders in training. We assume that, in this part of the training, the trainee trainee has no prior experience in futures trading. These first 2 weeks bring each trader to the same level of experience in all aspects of world futures trading. It is an intensive 2-week introductory training before the program shifts to 5th gear in the final two stages of development.

Post training

There are two potential routes to becoming a merchant after completing the Professional Training Program.

Upon successful completion of training, merchants can open a business account with one of our certified clearing partners and join our merchant community.

The Professional Training Program is delivered from our Wroclaw trading floor, where each student has a dedicated trading table. Classroom sessions are delivered via a live broadcast from our London training facilities to all students. In the Wroclaw business floor there is an experienced and dedicated mentor / coach to guide apprentices through their immersive training program.
