In this DVD, Robert Paturel presents a Tonfa course. You will learn different ways to automate movements. However, it remains true: real progress can only be achieved through regular repetitions, under the guidance of a coach who deserves the title.

Tonfa is normally trained in pairs. It used to grind rice and was originally the handle of the millstone. In these, the Tonfa was placed as a kind of crank or crank and thus moved the millstone, where the rice was ground. In 1972, Ron Anderson had the idea to turn it into a police bar. That’s how it all started in California. After training in French boxing in California, Robert Paturel brought Tonfa to France for French law enforcement.
