RICHARD J. TEWELES, PhD, has more than 40 years of experience as an investment broker and consultant. A Professor Emeritus of Finance, Real Estate, and Law at California State University, Long Beach, he has been an allied member of the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange, and has held memberships on the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and the New York Mercantile Exchange.
