Repeatedly, we observe the emergence of the dark side of “victimless crimes” in the daily lives of Americans. These offenses, where no injured party exists, encompass speeding tickets, red light violations, stop sign infractions, seat belt violations, possession charges, and more!
These so-called “crimes” have harmed no one; instead, they only appear to cause harm due to statutory regulations. This leads to situations like, “Here’s a $300 ticket for running a stop sign at 4 A.M., even though no one else was present except the officer who issued the ticket.”
When we delve into the early days of laws and the judiciary, you will come to understand that courts are truly intended solely for one purpose: to address torts – wrongful actions against a person or their property or violations of human rights (except those under contract).
If you violate the Golden Rule – Do No Harm to a Person or Their Property – then there should indeed be civil liability and legal repercussions. However, in this era of corporate dominance and propaganda (marketing), it appears that we, the people, have lost our way (and our rights). Sovereignty is not determined by title but resides within the mind. If the mind is surrendered, an evil force may eventually rise to manipulate people into consenting to slavery!
Without delving into a lengthy exploration of those “lost in corporate America,” it suffices to state that everything labeled as “LAW” and “LAW ENFORCEMENT” is designed primarily for revenue generation in this great nation. Nothing more, nothing less!
What to Do When Those Who Are Supposed to Protect You Are Criminals
Prisoners in correctional facilities receive a meager $3.50 in total compensation for 8 hours of labor (as of 2020). This labor is then contracted out at rates ranging from $5 to $10 per hour, resulting in substantial profits for the private industrial complex known as the “prison system.”
So, how should you respond when those who are “sworn to protect you” are, in reality, modern-day oppressors? For once in your life, you must resist! And the most effective way to commence is by contesting those tickets! Stand Up and Challenge the System!
If each individual takes a stand against minor offenses (such as victimless crimes or traffic violations), the oppressors will think twice before overstepping their bounds. It will require some study and comprehension of the legal system to understand precisely why these strategies yield such favorable results.
