This is a specialized guided meditation focused on overcoming hesitation leading up to pulling the trigger for trade entries.
Its use assumes that you have learned skills from the other guided meditations in this series and can intentionally create an optimum traders state of mind that you bring into your trading day.
This guided meditation focuses on how second guessing starts entering the trader’s mind as he/she is moving towards committing to a trade and that will eventually lead to performance anxiety.
This guided meditation teaches you, using stress inoculation technology, to disrupt the anxiety from growing and taking over the trader’s mind. And then it helps you to re-establish the calm, patient, focused, and assertive mind prepared to pull the trigger on a valid set-up.
