This DVD features a wide variety of effective and dramatic techniques.

First, a specific warm-up that will help you get stronger and work on your balance. Then you will learn the various techniques step by step: scissor kicks at each level of head, torso and legs.

Eric Chatelier, the author of this video, is the president of the French Association Pencak Silat (AFPS) and was the first non-European to adhere to the Persaudaraan Setia Hati style. He won several titles (twice European champion, several medals from 1989 to 1995). He is also Vice President of the European Pencak Silat Federation (EPSF) and has won many official awards for his contribution to the development of Pencak Silat.
