1. What is the passing grade required?

The passing grade for all correspondence courses is 80%. A Certificate of Completion with CECs and CEUs will be issued upon successful test completion.

2. How long does it take to complete each course?

The CHEK Institute recommends the following durations:

• Scientific Core Conditioning: 24 hours
• Program Design: 8 hours
• Scientific Back Training: 18 hours

Completion time depends on individual preferences and goals. Some might only watch videos once, while others, especially those preparing for the CHEK Exercise Coach Program, may review 2-3 times. It’s suggested to allocate about a month per course, particularly for full-time workers, starting four months before the course begins.

3. Are the tests challenging?

Despite varied backgrounds, thousands have successfully passed the tests. The video format allows for multiple reviews until understanding is achieved. Success depends more on time invested in video watching and manual reading than current knowledge level.
