Describes the basic principles of Brazilian dz-dz. How to maintain balance in the “walking” position.
Volume 2: Position Escapes
The main methods of escape from disadvantageous positions and the basis of protection in the prone position, the main emphasis on the proper use of levers.
Volume 3: Reversals
He explains how to turn a losing position into a winning position, as well as how not to get put in the blades for bigger opponents.
