Vol:5 Training with Equipment- Figgins will show you some basic exercises on common martial arts equipment that can be used to develop your skills in JKD for MMA. It covers various drills, such as jab exchange glove drills, ground and pound drills, and interception kicking drills, with a focus on simulating and isolating certain ranges of combat to perfect a fighter’s game.
