Now available is the opportunity to be a part of a comprehensive fighting and self-defense system that constantly evolves and improves! MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), JKD (Jeet Kune Do), FMA (Filipino Martial Arts), BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), and RAT (Rapid Assault Tactics) are combined to create a system that blends smooth, graceful movements with explosive power, both in standing and ground positions.

Our complete JKD curriculum and distinctive teaching approach are collectively known as Kai-Shin Jeet Kune Do. The focus of our Empty Hands curriculum lies in imparting practical self-defense techniques and instilling the character-building life lessons inherent in traditional martial arts. This is achieved by cross-training in modern martial arts to develop the body and embracing traditional martial arts philosophies to nurture the mind.

We cover all five aspects of empty-handed martial arts training and instruct on how to interconnect and integrate them:

1. Scam
2. Clinching
3. Manipulation
4. Hand Trapping
5. Grappling

We delve into the concepts and principles of various martial arts cultures, including Filipino, Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, Brazilian, Okinawan, Chinese, and Japanese traditions. The Kai-Shin curriculum draws from seven key systems:

1. Muay Thai – Thai Boxing
2. Jun Fan Gung Fu – Bruce Lee’s Art
3. Wing Chun – Ip Man’s Art
4. Panantukan – Kali/Filipino Martial Arts
5. Silat – Maphilindo & Madjapahit Martial Arts
6. Combat Submission Wrestling – Erik Paulson
7. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Gracie & Machado Families

By exposing students to a wide array of tactics, individuals can capitalize on their strengths while addressing their weaknesses. This approach accommodates people of varying body types and ages, enabling them to train with us effectively.

Our objective is not to mold all our students into identical forms; rather, it is to facilitate their individual development according to their body types. Students are encouraged to explore how the underlying principles of techniques can work uniquely for them as individuals.
