Having undergone extensive one-on-one training with many of the greatest masters in the Philippines for numerous years, Edgar G. Sulite attained a level of proficiency that enabled him to creatively synthesize his knowledge. This synthesis resulted in the formation of “Lameco Eskrima,” a system designed to address combat situations ranging from long distances to close quarters. The material presented in this DVD fulfills the requests of many, as Punong Guro Sulite showcases his expertise. Through a series of twenty progressive workouts, viewers will develop a comprehensive understanding of sword and dagger techniques and their applicability to various fighting styles. The duration of the DVD is 55 minutes, and it was produced in 1992.
