modern simple stick – Techniques and combinations – Attacks with the right and left hand (12 attacks) – Counterattacks: – strikes (1-4 strikes) – punyo/butt strikes (1-4 punyo/butt strikes) – Initial disarming series: attacks exclusively from right to right or left to left, using a stick. Attacks 1 and 2 only

Activities – Blocking as a response: continuous counter-attack, incorporating evasion through weight transfer to the rear leg – Modern 1-1: involves evasion by shifting weight to the rear leg

Karanza – Karanza’s fluid movement utilizing Arnis’ footwork in multiple directions, including: – techniques for white belts (N) – turning techniques (up and down)
