By the hand of Carlos Dario and Ricardo Gress, two Masters of the Arts of Combat, we will explore tactical options and scenarios that imitate real situations of self-defense, starting from elements that are apparently simple, easy to learn, but highly effective.
Gestures, use of voice, emotion and position are explored, all elements present in situations of violence. Far beyond techniques, there is always intelligence!
This verbal Judo work is an intelligent contribution, no matter what the style, to teaching and learning the great keys of realistic self-defense.
EDP, Especial Personal Defense, is made up of three levels.
This work focuses on the first level, that of prevention, which is completely verbal and consists of fighting and defending ourselves through the voice, tone and message of our words and teaches us to control the adrenaline that in stressful situations appears as fear and channel it into a situation of power.
EDP’s main motto is: “Turn your fear into Power”.
A DVD that may surprise Martial Arts purists who always work at a response level, but which, however, statistically does not reach 5% of situations where adrenaline appears
