You have the opportunity to become a part of an ever-evolving and improving fighting and self-defense system! Our system seamlessly incorporates MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), JKD (Jeet Kune Do), FMA (Filipino Martial Arts), BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), and RAT (Rapid Assault Tactics), blending smooth and graceful movements with explosive power. Our training focuses on functional techniques both in standing and ground positions.

We have named our comprehensive JKD curriculum and distinctive teaching methodology Kai-Shin Jeet Kune Do. In our Empty Hands program, our primary goal is to instruct you in practical self-defense methods and instill the character-building life philosophies of traditional martial arts. We achieve this by cross-training in modern martial arts to enhance physical abilities and delving into traditional martial arts philosophies to cultivate the mind.

We cover all aspects of empty-handed martial arts training and teach you how to integrate and apply them effectively:

1. Deception
2. Clinching
3. Strategic maneuvering
4. Hand Trapping
5. Ground grappling

Our curriculum encompasses principles from various martial arts cultures, including Filipino, Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, Brazilian, Okinawan, Chinese, and Japanese traditions. The Kai-Shin curriculum is enriched by seven main systems:

2. JUN FAN GUNG FU – Bruce Lee’s Artistry
3. WING CHUN – Art by Ip Man
4. PANANTUKAN – Kali / Filipino Martial Arts
5. SILAT – Maphilindo & Madjapahit Martial Arts

7. BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU – Gracie & Machado Families

By exposing students to diverse tactics, we enable them to leverage their strengths while addressing their weaknesses. This approach accommodates individuals of varying body types and ages, ensuring inclusivity in our training programs.

Our objective is not to mold all our students into uniform practitioners; instead, we aim for each student to develop according to their unique physique. We encourage individuals to understand and apply the underlying principles behind techniques in ways that suit their individuality.
