Author Background: Geoff Thompson, prior to the age of thirty, engaged in various low-level jobs, including glass collection and floor sweeping. He spent a decade working as a nightclub bouncer before feeling a need for something more meaningful in life. Motivated by this realization, Geoff pursued a career as a martial arts instructor, hailed as the world’s top self-defense instructor by Black Belt USA magazine. Subsequently, he fulfilled his dream of becoming a writer. With a total of thirty-four books, five award-winning films (two of which were BAFTA nominated, and one won a BAFTA), two plays, and numerous published articles under his belt, Geoff’s autobiography, Watch My Back, was adapted into a major motion picture titled Milkshakes.
