Gemma Nguyen, a member of Team ProRank, holds a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her martial arts journey began at the age of six under Jhoon Rhee’s curriculum at Charlie Lee Karate. Competing internationally for a decade, Gemma earned multiple titles, notably the Women’s Forms and Weapons World Title at the 2005 French Open. She played a pivotal role in transforming female tricking and remains a prominent figure in the sport. Currently, Gemma dominates the NASKA circuit, excelling in creative forms and extreme female weapons.

Nunchaku Mastery: Unyielding Techniques

Gemma guides viewers through fundamental, intermediate, and advanced nunchaku maneuvers. Commencing the tutorial, she imparts essential skills such as grip, catch, stretch, and figure 8.
