Gemma Nguyen, a member of Team ProRank, holds a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her martial arts journey began at the age of six under the guidance of Charlie Lee Karate, following Jhoon Rhee’s curriculum. Competing internationally for a decade, Gemma earned several prestigious titles, such as the Women’s Forms and Weapons World Title at the 2005 French Open. Renowned for her contributions in redefining trick techniques for women, she currently stands as the top contender in creative forms and extreme female weapons on the NASKA circuit.
