Gemma Nguyen, a member of Team ProRank, holds a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Commencing her martial arts journey at the age of six under Jhoon Rhee’s curriculum at Charlie Lee Karate, she garnered international recognition and numerous titles over a decade of competition. Among her achievements was the Women’s Forms and Weapons World Title at the 2005 French Open. Gemma’s influence extended beyond her wins; she played a pivotal role in transforming women’s tricking. Presently, she dominates the NASKA circuit, leading in creative forms and extreme female weapons.
