About Author

Mr. DAR Wong began his career in the financial industry in 1989 at Bank of America Futures Inc. It has experienced many roller coasters of various events in the world markets. Such as the Dow Jones market crash (Y1989). The Soviet military coup (Y1991), Desert Storm (Y1991), the bull run market (Y1992-Y1995), the Barings Bank crash (Y1995), the Asian currency riots (Y1997), the 911 attack (Y2001), the US-Iraq War (Y2002), etc.

DAR has a professional qualification in NASD Series 3, 5. His past ten-year work experience has included many multinational companies such as Bankers Trust Futures Inc, Barclays ZW Futures Inc, Citigroup, etc. However, he left the corporate race in 2001. And worked as a plantation hedge adviser in the ASEAN regions. Then started his coaching and seminars in 2005 due to popular demands.

In addition to being a regular speaker at many investment seminars (and webinars) for many financial institutions, DAR is also an independent trainer at the Singapore Exchange Academy. In addition, he writes as a popular columnist for Borneo Post, Busy Weekly (Oriental Daily News), and regularly publishes financial articles for Analysts (India), Capital Asia (Malaysia).
